3rd Edition - Submission Standards

The Editorial Board is now accepting articles for the 3rd Edition of The American Journal of Mediation.   If you wish to submit an article, there are different options available.

• As a Fellow of The American College of Civil Trial Mediators, you may author an article or paper.
• As a Fellow of The American College of Civil Trial Mediators, if you are affiliated with a law school, you may collaborate with law students in submitting a paper or article.
• As a current law student, you may author and submit an article.

Articles and papers submitted should deal with current issues relevant to mediation.  Please review and comply with format and submission requirements.
